Low cost sandwich panel construction systems offer a rapid, low cost solution for a wide range of accommodation types. Light steel frame provide wall and roof support and walls are formed by composite sandwich panels with integral insulation and a variety of internal and external finishes.
What you get
Low cost prefabricated buildings are supplied with a choice of wall panel thickness dependent on local climatic conditions. Standard 100 mm thick wall panels are available in various cement board finishes with an inner code of Rockwool insulation. A galvanized light steel frame structure supports the building.
Our prefabricated homes are manufactured and supplied as a complete package which includes the building, all of the internal and external finishes. A rated double glazed window units, plumbing installation and the electrical system and lighting.
Prefabricated off site, these buildings are ideal for remote locations. Suitable for multiple housing projects, self build residential and a multitude of other building types.

Flat pack ‘kit’ buildings can be shipped anywhere in the world in standard sized shipping containers or by road. The buildings are packaged at the factory and loaded into suitable transport for delivery direct to the work site.

The beam is made of welded square tube and purlin is made of c section steel and column is made of square tube. The antiseptic treatment is galvanization. The wall panel is made of 75 mm EPS purification plate. There is one exterior door(anti-theft door size:930*2000mm) and there are four interior door.
